JOB SUMMARY: 

Public Area Attendant is in-charge in cleaning and maintaining the common areas and admin office. Shall ensure that the facilities meet any housekeeping sanitation requirements and provide a comfortable space for guests and employees.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

WELCOME HOME EXPERIENCE

Maintain proper grooming with a complete uniform.Always greet the guest with a smile and signature greetings of guests

CLEANING of COMMON AREA

Shall provide highest standard in housekeeping function and to religiously accomplish given checklistEnsure all common areas including restrooms are inspected according to standards.Remove all debris, spots and stains on the floor and hallways.Responsible for dusting and mopping the floor surface.Daily checking of doors and glass windows in common areaEnable to wipe walls, furniture and fixtures.Ensure to clean the elevators and other back area

CLEANING of OFFICE UNIT/s

Ensure that offices including function rooms are clean and maintained neat.

SERVICE REQUEST

Report to the front desk for any repairs needed in the common area.

SANITATION & GARBAGE DISPOSAL

Shall collect and dispose of all public area garbage.Properly disposed of them by checking that it has a proper disposal procedure.Responsible to sanitize all areas of the resort

COVERED SHIFT

Performs tasks, duties and covered shifts of colleagues in their absence.

OTHERS

Undertake other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time
