Job Description
Service design and improvement analyst will be functioning as business analyst/tester for relevant service management tools, and performing service review and process improvement.Responsibilities:Manage service catalogue and service designs to ensure newly designed or modified services are consistent and effective.Manage configuration management databasePerform IT service review to identify areas for improvementPerform business requirement analysis and testing support for service management tools and other relevant systems.Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalentAt least 3 years of experience or exposure in IT Service ManagementKnowledge and experience using service management tool/s preferably ServiceNowExperience in leading or being part of a ServiceNow implementation project/sITIL v4 and ServiceNow certification is a plus.Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati
