BRIEF DEscriptION OF THE GENERAL FUNCTION OF THE POSITION (Job Summary) The position is responsible for developing plans, programs, projects and strategies on asset management, procurement, supply management and facilities, maintenance and security division. Employees who belong to this level apply over all authority with matters within the jurisdiction of the Office and in the execution of organizational plans in conformance with the policies and the objectives of the top management. The middle level manager makes decisions, inform the top management and perform the actions needed. Employees at this level are accountable to the top-level management for the offices operations, budget allocation and utilization, people management, accomplishment of mandate, goals, objectives, and target for organizational strategic direction.
