Duties and responsibilities:
advanced direct customer support in the Cloud (AWS and/or Azure),respo
nsibility for solving customer’s cases through co
ntact channels like Support Portal or direct call,maintaining the client’s enviro
nments to ensure its capacity and availability,participate in Cloud-ba
sed projects which includes managing services, infrastructure architecture, migration or security improvement,proactively improve operatio
nal aspects (optimization, automation, monitoring),collaborate with the rest of the team on all shared cases,strive to learn and experiment with new solutions.
Minimum competencies and qualifications:
We are looking for someone with:
experience in managing/Windows/Linux services, databa
ses and cloud solutions (AWS and/or Azure),experience in managing virtual networks and environments,good knowledge of networking, identity management, databa
ses and backup services,experience in designing and implementation of IT infrastructure and services as secure by default,at least 5 years of working in similar position (e.g. as an IT administrator, DevOps),experience in PowerShell, Python or Bash s
cripting,experience with CI/CD solutions (e.g. Azure DevOps), co
ntainerization (Docker or similar),previous experience in Infrastructure-as-Code e.g. Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation,English at a level that allows free communication in the project with the client and team (minimum B2 level),proactive, positive attitude,open to new experience and willing to learn new things.
Additional skills (nice to have):
understanding of SOLID principles, OOP and design patterns,previous experience in managing hybrid environment,ability and knowledge how to calculate costs of cloud services,AWS and/or Azure certification.
