Duties and Responsibilities:
· Serve customers by helping them select units;
· Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge;
· Greet and receives customers' questions;
· Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters;
· Provide outstanding customer service;
· document sales by creating or updating customer profile records;
· Process payments by totaling purchases, processing cash, checks, credit or debit cards;
· alert management of potential security issues;
· Assist with inventory and technical departments;
· Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest; and
· Other related responsibilities given to you by the Company.
Skills/Qualifications:
· College graduate of any computer or I.T. related course;
· With background in computer troubleshooting and repair;
· Knowledgeable in installation of Operating System, software, and other applications;
· Highly Knowledgeable with laptop and desktop computers;
· Good English communication and strong customer service skills;
· Friendly and happy personality. Does not get easily discouraged when dealing with customers;
· Willing to multi-task and render overtime
