Talent Acquisition is responsible for recruiting talent with the organization with the support of other groups including but not limited to hiring managers, business stakeholders, and other HR teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sourcing – initiated by publishing Job Description to all the available sourcing channels; this includes Recruitment Partners/ consultants, Employee Referral, Direct Sourcing (Job Portal, Walk-ins, Advertisements, Social Media – linkedIn, Facebook).
· Screening, Interviewing, evaluating shortlisted candidates
· Coordination with HR, vendors and other stakeholders.
· Job offer creation, release and discussion.
· Reports and analytics.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree graduate, any field.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
At least 3 years experience as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist and knowledgeable with different Sourcing Channels .
· Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment and must be willing to work in BGC.
