Job Description:Performs preventive and corrective maintenance based on the daily maintenance scheduleProvide improvement reports for repair and maintenance team to improve the process flow and equipment maintenance proceduresPerformance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (Electrical, Heating-Ventilation- Air Conditioning (HVAC), Plumbing, etc.)Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasksQualifications:Graduate of Vocational or High school diploma/ NCII or equivalentAt least a year of working experience in the related field is required for this positionKnowledgeable in repair, maintenance and troubleshoot of Air conditioning, HVAC, Electrical plumbing and civil worksVery good communication and interpersonal skillsWilling to work on shifting schedules and weekendsFresh Graduates are ENCOURAGED to apply
