The Proofreader is responsible for ensuring the quality of the proofs to be released to the clients or to be signed off for release (online/print). He/she will be coordinating the flow of his/her projects with the internal stakeholders and other proofreaders and operators assigned to the same projects. He/she should be tracking the job history and be familiar with the clients’ rules as the projects progress.

ntain various charts, graphs and tablesRead proofs against copy and correct errors in type, format, grammar, punctuation, or spellingAnalyze customer instructions/requirements and raise inquiries if there are any.Coordinate the job with various stakeholders (e.g. designers, specialists) via email and/or collaboration platform.Mark corrections on proofs using standard proofreading marksCompare information or figures on one record against same data on other records or original copy to detect errorsRearranging client- supplied information/co
