You will be working with Change Healthcare Philippines Inc. as a Technical Engineer-Production.

The Company is a captive center in the healthcare industry- they are a registered business entity here in the Philippines but their headquarters is in the US. They are a global healthcare company operating in over 120 locations in the world, one of which is the Philippines. The Office Location is in BGC, Taguig City. (Temporary Work From Home)

Job Responsibilities:

Remotely Manufacture Change Healthcare products, classified as Medical Devices, according to Standard Operating Procedures; Review & Process build orders, Install, Configure & Test Operating Systems, 3rd party software, Change Healthcare SoftwareWorking with our Project Management & Implementation teams to collect & verify build requirements prior to build, and troubleshoot escaping defects after build has been handed over. Filing Non Conforming Material Records (NCMR) for software and virtual resource issues to engage appropriate parties to facilitate resolution.Identify improper or inefficient production procedures and provide feedback or suggestions; file tickets to our Systems Engineering & R&D teams for any discrepancies found in Bill of Materials, Manufacturing Procedures, Quality Procedures & Tests.Knowledge sharing and troubleshooting assistance to peers via team meetings and team communication software.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science; Computer Technology Diploma or equivalent or related experience.Minimum of one year experience in IT industry or similar discipline.Experience with Windows based applications such as Word, Excel, and MS SQL Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Professional, NET+ and/or A+ Certification an assetExtensive knowledge Installing & Configuring Microsoft Windows Server OS & Clients in Active Directory Domain environments, Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP Protocols, networking commands/troubleshooting, Exposure to VMWare environments deploying virtual servers, Exposure to Oracle/SQL database environments. Installing & configuring software components.
