JOB PURPOSE
To provide Underwriting Team with dedicated support from both a system and coordination
perspective.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide processing, administrative and business development support to Underwriting Team; Provide customer service support to brokers; Establishing and maintaining both hard copy and electro
nic filing systems for the Team; Utilise and maintain the New Quote Register system for broker and account leads; Processing of all business on the insurance system (Policy Centre): renewals, endorsements, cancellations, certificates of currency etc; Assisting in Debtor Management Organisation of Underwriting Team meetings/functions wher
e appropriate; Ensure the efficient administration of data and docu
ments including: policies, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, applications (proposals), correspondence, cover notes and certificates of currency.
