Job Description

Manage front-end and back-end web developers by providing overall guidance and direction, including delivering of positive and developmental feedback proactivelyCollaborate with hosting partners and third-party developers to ensure technical quality, product quality, and resource efficiency.Developing regulatory-compliant standards for web development processes and procedures.Experience in writing technical design documents and incorporating them into development.evaluating the performance of web developers and providing feedback to help them improve their skills.Manages and lead the development team in the design, development, and maintenance of internal and external websites of the Coexstar organization.Supervises web application developers to ensure that websites are built and expanded in response to changing technology and business needs.Fulfill any additional responsibilities as required and assigned by Chief Technology Officer and upper management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any IT related field.8+ years of recent software development experience2 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.At least 2-5 years of experience in developing APIsRequires knowledge of common web development languages (e.g., HTML, Java, PHP, Laravel, Javascript, ReactJS, Node.JS, ASP.NET, Python, AJAX.).Strong Knowledge in Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) such as MySQL.Experience with Redis.Proficient in Object Oriented design and programming.Experience with version control tool, preferably Git.Knowledgeable in AWS, Docker container, CI/CD or other Cloud hosting.Willing to work onsite
