Assists DMS Coordinator in upgrading the ERA System together with Reynolds; generate reports as needed and required by different departments.- audits Repair Orders and invoices prepared by Service Advisors- re-opens invoiced Repair Orders- resets of log off DMS users- back-ups files for Accounting Department during EOM- makes Purchase Order in the absence of the Procurement Officer- reviews set-up in DMS per module / department- Set-ups standard operation process for problem users- Reconciles / audits unposted transactions done by different departments- Reviews / changes vehicle status in the 0626 – New Vehicle Model - Maintenance option of the ERA system. - Cleans-up duplicate entities in the system- Facilitate the transfer of the Vehicle History Information to the new vehicle owner. -Performs the DMS function of the Sales Department in the absence of the Sales Coordinator   A.   EDUCATION    · - a graduate of BS Accountancy   B.   EXPERIENCE   with at least one to two years of relevant work experience
