Job Description
The work:Act as an interface between the client and the system or application whilst following the principles and procedures of the quality management systemDefine a client’s issue to interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledgeAssist users through Phone, Chat, Email, or tickets raised via Portal following proper Incident Management processes and proceduresLog, validate, and diagnose user issues on the full range of products and applications usedProvide users with a solution through information gathering, analytical troubleshooting and problem research, or route or escalate the user to the appropriate resolution groupEscalate and manage interactions to agreed service levelsContribute to continuous improvement of the serviceMeet scorecard targets set in the project/s assignedWhat’s in it for you?You will be part of a diverse, vibrant, global Accenture/Advanced Technology Center community, continually pushing the boundaries of business capabilities.At Accenture you will work on meaningful and innovative projects, powered by the latest ATCP technologies.
