1. Direct the information and data integrity of the company and its business units.
2. Ensure the security of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment.
3. Responsible for the development, review, and certification of all backup and disaster recovery procedures and plans.
4. Develop standard procedures for system purchases, services, security, disaster recovery, etc.
5. Perform operational risk assessments and implement mitigation solutions.
6. Create and maintain training material for enterprise-level software and provide user training as needed.
7. Budget, track, and allocate IT services costs to align spending with strategic objectives and improve cost transparency.
8. Direct a comprehensive software strategy through conception, design, delivery, continuous improvement, and end-of-life as appropriate.
9. Identify emerging information technologies to be assimilated, integrated, and introduced within the company.
10. Understand and anticipate the needs and requirements of the business to ensure that software and services contribute to business outcomes.
11. Develop and establish operating policies and procedures to ensure the adequate implementation of the corporate information technology.
12. Develop and maintain service-level agreements with business partners and manage service levels with vendors.
13. evaluate overall operations of computing and information technology functions and recommend enhancements.
14. Demonstrate excellent trouble-shooting skills and resolve deployment and environmental issues to closure.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to learn new technologies, frameworks, and architectures
2. BS/BA in computer science, MIS, or related work experience
3. A strong understanding of the SDLC, CI/CD, and the Agile software development methodology
4. At least 3 years of IT leadership experience working with enterprise applications
5. Experience defining process and standards
6. Experience leading implementations and/or operations
7. Experience overseeing SaaS applications operations and support
8. Experience troubleshooting deployments/root cause analysis
9. Ability to strategize, plan, and implement change and realize value and ROI
