Maintain if not increase employee productivity through IT support services.IT Hardware troubleshootingSoftware installationIT policy enforcementIT services SLA commitmentNetwork installation and configurationCreate a self-sufficient IT environmentCreate a knowledge base and train users for basic IT troubleshootingPerform IT support within given SLA to avoid employee unproductivitySupport all IT projects that will achieve company imperativesMaintain a 90% completion rate within SLA from the IT ticketing system. Monitor backlogs and reporting of IT projects within scopeMaintain enough IT equipment backup
