IT Asset Analyst

So what does an IT Asset Analyst do? Think of yourself as someone who has excellent computer and analytical skills, and will be responsible for managing the administration of IT inventory, asset management, and technical service contracts and will work with IT Asset Manager.

As an IT Asset Analyst, you will:

Maintain inventory of IT Assets and its accuracyUpdates and administers asset databases tracking life cycle of all assetsReceives new hardware details and monitors procurement and deployment activitiesPerform annual inventory and spot checks on the IT AssetsMaintain and manage IT equipment disposal strategiesCoordinate equipment disposals with other departments, as requiredAssures guidelines for hardware maintenance agreements are followedProvides monthly updates and reports to IT Asset Manager Supports Agile processes
