2. Cross-functional collaboration and coordination- Responsible for working closely with the Trip Scheduling, Ground Handling, Cashiering and Security Teams to ensure a seamless flow of provincial bus arrivals and departures.

3.Daily Reports- Responsible for gathering data and preparing reports to show the statistics and comparison of departures/arrivals for provincial bus trips, traffic incidents and other related issues.
