Preparing an attendance sheet every cut-off period, including construction payroll every week.Checking of time in and out for proper monitoring of attendance and to avoid irregularities.Making of updates regarding perfect attendance, absences, and tardiness or lateness and making of reports to be submitted to the HR Department to notify all the employees who violated the company’s rules and to give immediate action for those who need to issue a sanction or punishment.Enrolling and preparing applications for newly hired employees to government agenciesMaking of updates regarding an employee’s status, including the SSS/Philhealth/Pag-ibig No./TIN.Preparing of application for bank account opening/ATM application to align in online banking payroll system.Making of follow-up for banking applications and making of updates/records for those employees' accountsPreparing of payslips (duplicate copy), including weekly construction payroll and proper filing to answer the complaints of the employees on a proper basis.Cash counting for proper distribution of salaries and wages per employee.Proper filing of all payroll documents.
