What you'll do:
The Operations Director is responsible for delivering high-quality services with strong reporting reliability and providing significant service value through savings opportunities and risk mitigation activities. The Operations Director will work closely with his/her peers to implement process improvements, driving higher value and cost reduction opportunities, while ensuring quality for all clients.
• Responsible for supporting the strategy and implementing the plans to ensure the accomplishment of ENGIE Impact’s long-term strategic goals and plans in the Philippines.
• Lead and manage operations teams in the Philippines with the responsibility of ensuring continual alignment across the organization with regard to processes, tools, metrics, and objectives across SRM.
• Continually monitor and seek improvement on business metrics and client value associated with service offerings such as client savings, late fee trends, service interruptions, client satisfaction, data integrity, and processing times.
• Promote leadership development, and act as a mentor for Operations Managers and other supervisory staff. Establish and promote leadership qualities that support seamless communication and teamwork within the delivery teams, in pursuit of establishing a cohesive culture and in support of delivery excellence.

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, economics, finance information technology or other related field.
• At least 10 years of Operations experience in a multi-site, multi-client, BPO environment.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Operations Director (or equivalent) responsible for multiple clients ranging from small-medium(10-100FTE) to large (500+ FTE)
• Experience as Operations Director in a Global Business Services/Shared Services/Captive will be an advantage
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pampanga, Central Luzon
