We are recruiting for a passionate Content System Administrator who will be part of our Content Services Team in Manila. The Manila hub is located in Makati City, operating to support the university's global operations.

You will often deal with the infrastructure design and programming, research, and development of the content management systems.

Other key responsibilities will include:

Addressing user concerns via Issue tracking software or via group email.Communicating with users about their issues when required.Log monitoring.Workflow SLA support.FTP/Package delivery issues.Adhoc Admin task. Supporting onsite admin on major issues and major tasks and Upgrades to infrastructure.Support development team on Product issues.Daily/Weekly/Monthly scheduled job run/check.Testing new changes/developments.Interacting with Product vendors on product issues.Code deploymentsWe use the OpenText documentum suite of products, the successful candidate will be expected to learn and work on this as key part of their administration role. Training will be provided

What are the qualifications?

The ideal candidate should have a strong background on system management of cloud based server infrastructure, both Linux and Windows based.

In addition, experience, knowledge or expertise in the following are an advantage:

At least 5 years of experience administration of Linux and Windows servers.Customer-facing support role, responding to service requests and solve issues encountered by customers using all available resources.Experience in debugging and root cause analysis of Java based Applications.Experience in managing Cloud based applications and resource monitoring.Experience in SVN, Git, Jenkins and Tomcat, Ant scriptsDesirable but not essential skills to have:Experience of RDBM concepts, Content Management Systems (CMS) - SQL, PL/SQL or NoSQLDocker, Containerization experience

Training and further skillset development will be available for the successful candidate.
