Job Description:

Schedule and conduct tutorial sessions with merchants to build their website (involves phone calls).Front-end web design using a proprietary platform.Create mock ups for customers and work with them directly to ensure that they are able to deploy their site to production.Configuration of payment integration into website.Migration of data from one website provider to another.Provide technical and customer support for website and payment gateway (voice and email).Respond to emails in a timely manner.Perform other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience in web or graphic design.Good communication skills.Must be willing to take on calls and emails.Proven ability to create websites using HTML, CSS and CMS.Must be amenable to working in Eastwood, Quezon City, on a night shift schedule.
