Job Description

Organizational Excellence Director in this role get to:

Responsible for the overall process improvement activities for the client assignedLead SWAT projectsProvide direction to the Performance Managers and Business Analysts in achieving internal and external goals by exemplifying the core values of the organizationLead the Client OE team in supporting the Service Delivery team to achieve client and employee satisfaction, while earning maximum potential revenue and margin, through sustainable and repeatable strategies following Sutherland’s Model of ExcellenceLead the Client OE team in process improvement activities through reduction of variation and wastePartner with the Client Team and Business Lead in achieving optimal results on efficiency metrics, promoter status and financial goals, and upholding compliance in all organizational standard procedures and policiesProvide direction, coaching and development to the team and managing the team’s performanceProvide consultation for technical methodologies (i.e. Six Sigma, Lean Sigma, COPC, Change Management, Project Management, etc.)

Our most successful candidates will have:

Earned a Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Post-graduate degree and certifications, an advantage, but not required)Six Sigma and/or Lean Sigma trained and/or certified (COPC Registered Coordinator, an advantage, but not required)At least 8of experience in the same industry (with 2 in a Director capacity)Lead experience in various operational functions in the industry (, Quality, Workforce, Operations)Excellent Project Management skillsExcellent Change Management skillsStrong background on process improvement
