We are looking for a talented Infrastructure Systems Administrators within our Manila operation. You will be a part of the Global Hosting Services Operations team designed to support businesses via 14x5 operations focused on delivering high availability of IT services. Services includes System Administration, Server performance, configuration, monitoring, creation, data backup and recovery.

You will be collaborating closely with the technology suppliers and will be expected to manage relationships with other internal partners and consumers of the service to implement new solutions and drive continual process improvement. You will work directly with our partners at Amazon, Microsoft and internal technical specialists.

What will you do in this role?

Working under the supervision of the Global Hosting Manager in the Manila, you will:

Ensuring all infrastructure (on premise/in cloud) is continually and optimally available and operational, supporting global 24 x 5 services and digital commerce.Accountable for server creation, operation, back up and restorations.Manage capacity planning for all services, employing industry best practices for storage, backup, patching, security and disaster recoveryEnsuring that systems are up-to-date, using automation at every possibly opportunity for systems upgrades, refreshes and configurationOperate under agreed policies, processes and procedures, underpinned by ITIL best practices

What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?

You will be ideal for this part if you have around 3 years of solid hands on experience in hosting services (Cloud, On Premise, Hybrid). Technically competent & highly proficient in two or more infrastructure disciplines:

Experience of operating using AWS/Azure infrastructureVirtualization Technology Experience using VMWare and/or Hyper-VAdvanced and proven Windows OS (Windows Server 2012 and Up) and Linux OS (RHEL, CentOS) skillset.Experience with managing 0365, Active Directory and deploying GPOsExperience with Server Platform Services, Monitoring & Storage platform e.g Cloudflare, Okta, Panzura and Site 24x7.

In addition, experience, knowledge or expertise in the following would give you an advantage:

Experience with the following AWS features: EC2, ECS,ELB, EFS, RDS, S3, VPC, Route 53, CloudWatch, WAF.

DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

AWS Certified Associate SysOps Administrator or AWS Certified Associate DevOps Administrator. Or AWS Certified Associate Solutions Architect.
