Educational Qualification: BS Economics/ BS Finance/ Any Engineering Course.Excellent in communication skills, proficient in microsoft applications (excel, words, powerpoint, etc.)Excellent analytical skills, resourceful and with initiative.

Job Responsibilities:

A. Managerial:

* Planning - Maintain system of monitoring local and global development affecting the fertilizer industry.

* Controlling - Development and maintain timely monitoring of projects, industry development.

* Leading - Provide direction coordination and priorities of activities. Maintain an effective communication and enhance the professional growth of employees.

* Organizing - Develop and maintain an efficient system and procedures in the department. Build-up information base.

B. Operating:

* Prepare Business Plan

* Conduct studies related to new ventures

* evaluate capital expenditure projects

* Monitoring of development in the industry

* Monitoring of on-going projects

* Conduct studies making the present products competitive

* Conduct studies related to envi/ sabel leyte operations on mental aspects at Isabel Operations.

PHILPHOS was originally established in 1980 by the National Development Company (NDC), a Philippine Government Corporate Investment Fund.  In 1981, the project became a joint venture between the Philippines and the Republic of Nauru, a Central Pacific Island Republic which is a major source of phosphate rock. Construction of the plant started in the same year by a consurtium of four major contractors; Coppee Lavalin of Belgium, Dragados y Construcciones of Spain, Mistsubishi Heavy Industries of Japan and the Philippine National Construction Company. It was then completed in 1984 and by 1987 commercial operations was initiated. In late November 2000, the country privatized the company through a sale of its shares to private Philippine Investors led by Delphi Holdings.                                                                          .
