The incumbent will be Coordinating with the Designated Customer Technician or Third-Party Technicians and; Monitor the Acceptance and Handling of Requests. Resources will Handle these Transactions via Phone, Web Portals, and Customer Call Tracking Applications.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Coordinate RMA's (Return Merchandise Authorization) and  Hardware Service Requests - Work with Designated and/or  Third-Party Technician(s) to Monitor both the Acceptance &  Handling of Request/s [Phone, Web Portals, and Customer  Call Tracking Applications - And Other Required Platforms]Minimum Hiring Qualifications:• High School Graduate (Required) - College Level Preferred  [Related Course, Study, or Field - With Related Experience]• One(1) Year Technical Support Experience (BPO) Required  - Related Function -- Proven Experience in Troubleshooting  and Resolving General Technical Issues• Familiarity with: POS Hardware and/or Peripheral Device(s)• Demonstrates Business Communication Skills - with Strong  Customer Service Orientation -- Able to Articulate Thoughts  and Maintain Positive Working Relationships -- (via Existing  Communication Tools/Methods - - Email, Chat, Phone, etc.)• Excellent Telephony Skills (Phone Etiquette); Can Multitask  and Manage Multiple Assignments, Or Processes at a Time• Intermediate Working Proficiency w/ Microsoft Office Tool(s)Get Hired and Enjoy the Following:• Competitive Compensation for all Successful Hires• Monthly Incentives - - Depending On Performance• Collaborative & Challenging Working Environment• Multiple Opportunities for Learning & DevelopmentWork Location: MDC 100 Bldg., Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City
