Human Resources:
Supports the HRAD Manager in recommending and executing policies, procedures, rules, and regulations for employees in compliance with Labor LawReview and update all human resources policies to meet the organization’s needs.Supports the HRAD Manager in planning and facilitating HR activities in the team: end to-end recruitment, performance management, disciplinary procedures, organizatio

Administration:
Supervises all administrative activities in assistance of the HRAD Assistant.Supervises HRAD Assistant in ensuring all docu
ments are filed in an orderly manner.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Administration or Any 4-year related Course.With at least 5 to 7 years of related experience.Knowledgeable in different facets of Human Resources such as Recruitment, Training, and Development, Labor relations, Employee Engagement, and Compensation and Benefits.With experience in handling a TeamWilling to work on-site (Office is located at Makati City, Ayala Avenue)Willing to work on a Day Shift Schedule.
