Duties/Responsibilities:
· Execute daily/weekly/monthly operations and maintenance duties
· Implement, Review, and Update monitoring systems to ensure accuracy of alerts
· Respond to assigned Incident and Service Requests (Level 3 support)
· Lead complex triage and diagnosis for complex issues
· Partner with Engineering team to onboard new systems and expansions
· Execute a proactive patching cadence
· Prepare reports for management review
· Implement Change Control requests as approved by the Change Board
· Partner with Information Security team to remediate identified vulnerabilities
· Execute continuous improvement initiatives as identified
· Other duties as assigned

· Knowledge of network technologies, standards, and security
Able to work within a defined change management process and willingness to participate in periodic after-hours scheduled maintenance
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
· 5 to 7 years of experience as an engineer, administrator, or related technical role
· Technical training in networks and related disciplines a plus
· Experience with general firewall configuration and support, including IPsec VPN configuration and troubleshooting
· Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, BGP, 802.1x)
· Understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
Strong experience in network traffic monitoring, analysis, packet capture, and troubleshooting
