Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism/Communications or any BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experienceWriters & English Course Graduates are welcome to applyAt least 1-2 years of professional working experienceExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to translate complex technical ideas into easy concepts for any user to understandExtraordinary attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment full of ambiguity and tight deadlinesExcellent problem-solving skills, sound business judgment, strategic and analytical capabilities

Nice to Have:

Experience in customer service or technical support is a huge plusExperience writing support content (help articles, email templates, etc.) for a global audienceExperience working in a content or knowledge management system (CMS/KMS)Working knowledge of Google DocsTech savvy with good orientation for early technology adoption

Responsibilities:

Write, edit, and publish internal communications or announcements for Google support agentsClarify announcement details with Product Support Managers and other product SMEsStage announcements in client’s proprietary agent communications toolReview content for accuracy and adherence to editorial guidelines and qualityManage announcements for multiple products, ensuring publishing target dates are met
