JOB DEscriptION:

Perform financial reporting and analysisWork with the different business units across the VCY Group of Companies in the conduct of business performance reviewsWork with group compensation and benefitsFor specific affiliates within the group, assist with the approval and authorization for disbursementsPerform financial analysis, market research and due diligence procedures to come up with recommendations for potential mergers and acquisitionsExplore, study, implement, and manage business opportunitiesLead assist to implement and manage various business initiatives across the VCY Group of CompaniesAssist recruitment of strategic hiresParticipate and provide business support for business unit expansion activities, including the identification of potential sites, land banking, property acquisition, manpower and capability building, and system and new store set up.Provide support for business process improvements, internal control review and systems implementationLead assist non-trade procurement activities
