Job Highlights• HMO DAY 1• Work and life balance• 8 hours operations only• WAH setupJob Summary:The Project Coordinator for Editorial Content & Quality will support the editorial team by managing the process by which images are added to Clinical Overviews as well as all aspects of Order Set production, including working in the editorial tool, making assignments to freelancers, and training others in the editorial tool as needed.Responsibilities:IMAGES • Manage a shared mailbox where images are received and sent.• Create folders, upload images, and manage the organization of multiple art files on SharePoint.• Coordinate the redrawing of figures with the medical illustrator.• Communicate with editorial team members regarding the status of images as well as any discrepancies, escalating issues in a timely manner.• Proof redrawn art against originals and instructions, making small corrections as needed or facilitating the correction of errors.• Re-key content in tables and boxes.• Assist with permissions as needed.• Attend weekly team meetings.ORDER SETS• Project manage Order Set content and contributors to ensure content updates publish on schedule.• Work within the content management tool, ensuring content meets specifications.• Send weekly status reports to international teams and EC&Q leadership.• Track and maintain payments, contracts, invoices, and reports of freelance team members.• Train and maintain individual contractor and vendor contact information, academic/hospital affiliations, specialties, interests, and content to which they’ve been assigned.• Attend meetings with global teams, product, and strategy.GENERAL• Track images & Order Sets through the workflow, adhering to strict schedules and deadlines.• Complete regular status reports.Qualifications:• College Graduate or equivalent • Excellent communication and organization skills• Experience with editing content• Ability to work to meet tight deadlines• Ability to work independently with minimal direction after initial training• Detail oriented• Ability to work in and learn aspects of applications such as SharePoint, Quickbase, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Illustrator
