Job Description
Job Summary:As a Business Analyst, you'll report to a cross-functional enterprise team to provide company-wide strategy, analysis of our data, and support for projects assigned by executive leadership. You'll act as an intermediary between the business community and the technical community working with project teams and businesses to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design (using appropriate tools and models) from which applications and solutions are developed.Role / Responsibilities:Gather requirements from both internal and external subject matter experts.Apply knowledge of Agile methodology to support various phases of Software Development Lifecycle e.g. Requirement Analysis; Design and testing.Build Strategic Partnerships/Relationships via excellent client relationship management skills, Business Analysis, and Technical Writing skills.In-depth experience in acting as a Liaison between IT & business by managing relationships.Provide analysis of data through SQL queries of the database.Assist in problem and issue resolution with product manager and report progress on initiatives in a summarized written format.Create project-related documents including system requirements; requirement traceability matrix and work with the QA team in documenting system test scripts.Work with the cross-functional teams in helping them create quality design documents and in developing quality products within the scheduled timeline.Lead small tasks and business process analysis sessions.Participate in small team design sessions, contributing to the overall design.Organize, participate, and conduct application walk-throughs and other internal presentations.Manage tasks to meet the assigned project dates.Identify & contribute to process improvement activities.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal staff.Organize and manage software roadmap by participating in client discussions to determine top priority features.Provide monthly feedback on product roadmap and updates to customer-facing documentation.Support operational systems/applications used by the RealPage internal community.Required Skills / Knowledge / Experience:College degree or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Analysis with exposure to project management and/or technical writing.Exposure to various development methodologies including Agile procedures.Experience reading and writing SQL queriesMust be able to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team.Prefer candidates with multi-family real estate or financial reporting experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven technical writing abilities.Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Flexibility to work overtime.Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.Systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem-solving and detail-oriented.TO KNOW MORE, please copy this link https://bit.ly/3witY8H and paste it to your browser to direct your application through our Applicant Tracking System.TO FAST-TRACK YOUR APPLICATION, you may book/schedule your interview with the Talent Acquisition Team through this link once your information has been successfully entered: https://bit.ly/3Ao8p5O
