OVERVIEW
The QA and Publishing Assistant is responsible for preparing the resources for publishing and ensuring their quality and adherence to standards and requirements relevant to formatting, layout, and branding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Format learning resources and assessment tools (in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint format) to follow brand guidelines, templates, and the required formatting and layout specifications. Add texts, graphics, and tables, to improve the overall look and feel of docu
ments.Implement fixes to ensure resources follow brand guidelines, templates, and the required formatting and layout specifications.Use our QA and publishing checklists to review the quality of learning resources and assessment tools.Prepare learning resources and assessment tools for publishing and release to clients. Rebrand learning resources and assessment tools.Updat
e and maintain templates as well as QA and publishing tools and checklists.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate Must Possess:
Minimum 1 year of work experienceProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)High typing speedsDecent internet co
nnection speed and latencyGraphic design and layout experience (is a plus)Equipment redundancy
