Office Receptionist / Cleaner

Melters and Brights Group is looking for a Receptionist / Cleaning Staff to be assigned in Binondo, Manila 

Responsibilities:

In-charge for incoming and out- going communications, and documentsProviding real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.Maintain general cleanliness in the office, the pantry, and other surroundingsAnticipate the needs of in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Requirements:

Willing to work in Binondo ManilaWilling to work Mondays to SaturdaysUndergrads/Vocational Courses are welcome to applyExcellent computer skills, especially typing.Attention to detail.Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for everyone
