EMAPTA is looking for an L1 Technical Support to join our team in Makati.

Qualifications:

Experience with assisting clients with building computersExperience in installing, updating, configuration of new softwaresExperience in supporting IT (MS Windows OS - Server and Desktop environments) (required) Very detail-oriented and excellent attention to detail.Good knowledge of audio hardware and software (required)Good written and verbal communication skills in English (required) Good written and verbal communication skills in a second language (an asset)Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent ability to think outside the box to improve efficiency and effectiveness in processes Good organization and collaboration skills
