Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for HR Workforce New Associates who will be responsible in performing the following day-to-day tasks:

You will be responsible to manage and execute the low to medium critical/priority and simple workforce ready transactions/activities in scope for Operational Services and Global & Regional Functions.You will coordinate case resolution activities and communicate requests from onshore team to respective HR Operations teams (e.g. Payroll, Analytics & Assurance).You will coordinate case resolution activities and communicate requests from receiving customers to WFR Experience Management team.

What are we looking for?

Open to college graduates in Psychology, HRDM-related coursesMust have at least 6 months of work experience in Recruitment / Sourcing / Human ResourcesAmenable to work in BGC, TaguigWilling to go back on-site once recalled

Good to have skills:

Familiarity with Taleo or another Applicant Tracking SystemBasic Knowledge of resourcing, recruiting, onboarding and movements processesBasic experience in use of EC, SAP, Success Factors ATS and onboarding systems
