We are currently hiring an IT Helpdesk Associate to work in a team environment in an external client facing capacity in support of large enterprise customers. As part of the Help Desk team, you will be responsible for taking incoming calls and service requests from customers, documenting their requests in Service Now and escalating their requests to the appropriate internal Escalation Engineering teams for proper resolution.
