Job Description

This is an exciting fast-paced role, coordinating advertising initiatives across a whole portfolio of different magazines, websites and international markets. You’ll need to get your sleeves rolled up working on large numbers of e-newsletters and websites.

The successful candidate will have:

Intermediate level ad-trafficking and ad-management of all online advertising campaigns, using Google DoubleClick, Campaign Manager, and Google AnalyticsAbility to perform quality control when receiving and implementing web/newsletter adsThe ability to apply skills on different levels simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAn interest in working with an online CRM systemGreat organizational skills, with excellent planning and project coordination skillsExcellent English communication skills and natural aptitude for websitesThe drive and diligence to perform the administration necessary to support the goals of a growing and ambitious media companyAbility to work in the night shift from Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am

Key responsibilities:

Ensure all newsletter ads and native banners are added to the newsletter correctly Identify and flag inventory issues in media scheduleSupply digital ad reports for all campaigns Perform the administration necessary to keep campaigns running efficiently Deliver high level of support to internal teams and clients when necessaryRespond to additional tasks with the support of the ad operations teamCollaborate with customer success coordinators to effectively run client campaigns
