Essential:

Excellent writing ability in English and experience in various forms of writing – must be able to produce writing samples in English or complete a writing assignmentStrong editing and proofreading skillsExtensive experience in internal communications / corporate communicationsExcellent project management skillsStrong attention to detail MS Office – Word, Power Point, Basic Excel

Roles and responsibilities

Write, edit, produce and curate content for internal deliverables such as internal news articles, personnel announcements, newsletters, videos, internal reports, meeting and town-hall materials and intranet contentProject manage, plan and prepare material for effective rollout of webcasts or virtual meetings Develop and execute internal communications strategy/plans, working with senior executives and business unit managersInterview stakeholders to gather information for preparing write-ups for various deliverables Draft business leadership and internal messagesDevelop and implement communications initiatives aligned to business priorities to engage, educate and inspire employees/users Interact and collaborate with internal teams on multiple projects Support EY brand, understand, implement, and strictly adhere to the quality standards and procedures established by EY, including verbal and branding guidelines Pursue and share best practices within the team Engage with key team members to identify their objectives, strategies, target audiences, differentiators and other aspectsDemonstrate eye for detail and ensure all deliverables are of high qualityHave knowledge of PowerPoint and create EY-compliant presentation decks 

Desirable:

Advise team on communication strategy for deliverablesDemonstrate business acumen to understand the leadership strategy and translate it in the deliverables preparedEager and a fast learner who is willing to expand on core skillsExperience with Teams and Yammer
