Product Associate (Work from home)

Duties and Responsibilities  

Create Wireframes and design requirements to be cascaded to the design team  Write Product Requirement documents and ensure they’re clearly understood by the development team  Develop cases and assess the business value of features to be brought in, and prioritize user and epic stories to ensure alignment with the product roadmap  Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify pain points in the products being handled  Work with partner oil companies to onboard new partner stations to PriceLOCQ products Lead the management and updating of knowledge base and resources for station and frontline training 

Skills Needed  

Has the ability to empathize with product users and stakeholders and understand their wants and needs  Can easily mingle and converse with various stakeholders, from frontline personnel like station crew to stakeholders from upper management  Has great presentation and thought organization skills to create materials for user training and knowledge sharing  Can perform clerical tasks from time-to-time alongside with other responsibilities  Is a creative thinker when it comes to solving problems and has great attention to detail Expected Tools to be used JIRA, Confluence, Miro, MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Powerpoint, Canva, Google Sites 

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field.With a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.With experience in a project management role that requires interdepartmental coordination and collaborationExperience in the oil industry is an advantageExperience in a product owner role in the agile scrum process is an advantage
