Ensure communication strategy is on-brand, consistent and reflects Globe culture and the employee experience. Refine core messaging to ensure consistency across all aspects of communication including development, organizing, and education 1. Lead the development of strategic social and digital assets aligned with the Globe vision and mission.

2. Develop influencer marketing content to promote the Globe Group and amplify positive news. 3. Identify new developments in the social and digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver our corporate messages and business objectives. 4. Partner with Data, Analytics, and Insights team in maximizing monitoring and reporting on digital and social media performance.

5. Serve as an extension to the public relations operations, connecting PR executions on digital and online. Strengthen brand engagement and relationships across the digital and social media platforms. 6. Identify trends and insights to drive growth and media value across our digital and social media campaigns.

7. Review performance of all digital and social campaigns, and assess against goals, 8. Oversee implementation of corporate social media policy; network advisories and proactively monitor negative sentiments online to be addressed by the appropriate team. 9. Drive Ka-Globe engagement using Corporate Communications internal channels for corporate news and advocacies

10. Ensure accurate and timely release of service advisory and public service announcements that promote and protect Globe Group's reputation. 11. Oversee design, updating, and maintenance of Sustainability, Newsroom, about Us, and network expansion pages on Globe website

12. Collaborate with Globe Group portfolio companies, Globe business units, and support groups to ensure seamless digital and social campaign execution. Make Your Passion
