Job Description
Job DescriptionMaintain accurate and up to date asset inventory and asset assignment records and ensure the correctness and completeness of all asset details/status and related inputEnsure that all company assets are complete and closely monitoredEnsure that any asset movements and changes are tracked, recorded and monitored accuratelyMonitor asset deliveries based on purchase orders and delivery receipts and ensure that these are recorded in the system and that the requesting business units are informed accordinglyEnsure smooth and timely end-to-end process in asset management - from asset request, tagging and assignment, to deployment and acknowledgment, whether related to new joiner asset issuance or current employee asset replacementsEnsure effective end-to-end process in asset returns, including return of assets by resigned employees and return of defective assets, whether due to wear and tear or due to user negligenceEnsure that assets returned by employees are complete and reconciled with asset recordsEnsure that physical asset count is completely reconciled with the inventory records and that the inventory records are reconciled with other related database (e.g data from IT, Asset POCs, HR etc)Monitor inter-department loan or transfer of assetsMonitor assets that are under warranty and/or for repairRecommend and implement process improvements that will enhance the overall asset management process and strengthen internal controls to minimize risksProvide required reports related to asset inventory and asset management and ensure that effective and timely asset information is availableLiaise with the business to ascertain their needs regarding asset requests and allocationMaintain regular contact with the BU, IT, Facilities HR, Finance, CCO and Asset POCs in order to promote smooth and timely asset movement and overall processRespond and resolve various asset-related queries and concerns by working collaboratively with the delivery and functional teamsEnsure that asset requests/tickets are processed within the target timeline and that SLAs/KPIs in Asset Management are achievedMonitor and report on the performance of Asset Analysts and oversee day to day asset related transactionsWork with technical team for any issues or enhancement related to asset tool or systemEnsure complete, valid, and proper documentations and asset accountability formsEnsure organized and complete filing of hardcopy and softcopy of asset-related documentsLead asset-related internal and external audits and provide audit requirementsConduct and report on due diligence activities as requiredCarry out ad hoc duties related to Asset ManagementQualifications:At least 5 years of experience as Asset LEADGood communication skillsKnowledgeable with MS Excel
