We are recruiting for candidates for a full-time Software Quality Analyst (Automation) post to join our English team and help us develop and execute software tests.

This post is a hands-on technical development role, and you can become a highly proficient quality analyst as you work with a team lead led by seasoned leads and senior analysts. What will you do as a Software Quality Analyst?
Your tasks will primarily be creating manual test scripts, procedures, data and working on a medium functions/module of software testing. Minimal supervision from your team lead and senior analysts, you will also create and review systems and business-relevant test scenarios and execute manual or automated test scripts. You will be given an opportunity to mentor Junior Software Quality Analyst.
Your role will also involve working with various stakeholders, including business product owners, Scrum Masters, project managers.
With you in the team, Cambridge will be able to continue providing software quality assurance across a wide range of world-class online digital products and platforms.
What qualifications are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates with 2-4 years of software testing experience gained across one of the principle testing specialism (i.e., Manual and Automated Testing).
In addition, understanding, knowledge or expertise in the following are an advantage:
Good understanding of Software Development process including analysis and design, coding, testing, problem resolutio
nExperience of working within an Agile development process (Scrum or similar)Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, communication and docu
mentation skillsGood written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues in the Technology group as well as non-technical usersExperience in automation testing
