ROLE: Internal Communications Specialist
PROJECT NAME: Project Ark Communications and Change Management
DURATION: 1 year
SCOPE OF WORK:
An Internal Communications Specialist shall perform the following tasks:
Work with multiple team members to recommend, develop, and implement communication strategies developing project/program collateral that builds process awareness, provides information, and creates curiosity, and competence for the programs and initiatives and is aligned to the specific change management activities.Develop and support targeted communication plans that increases awareness and engagement of impacted internal and external stakeholders.Identify and develop a toolkit for each campaign to be used by internal stakeholders as they leverage the content.Plan, write and edit co
ntents for communications materials, such as artcard, flyers, teasers, bulletins graphic contents, layout themes and other visual assets and video presentatio
nsInterpret opinion and co
nduct research to create sharp, innovative and appropriate messaging and communications strategies and incorporate visual elements into change management activitiesLead and facilitate Communications meetings to identify opportunities, coordinate communication logistics and maintain best communications practice.Lead the project team to develop stakeholder/employee outreach and engagement efforts to create awareness, understanding, and buy-in reinforcing the achievement of business outcomes.Collaborates with key departments to ensure alignment and accuracy of messages geared towards internal releasesSupports the planning, coordination and execution of internal events such as process roll-outs, town halls, organizing small meetings to cascade communication goals as appropriate.Maintain the appropriate usage of branding and identity on all communications disseminatedImplements metrics reports to measure effectiveness of internal communication channels and measures internal communications with the goal of co

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Graduate of BS Development Communication, Mass Communication, Journalism, Sociology or other related coursesWith at least one year experience in project communicatio
