Job Description

Responsibilities

You will be a member of self-organizing and self-managing, cross-functional team producing complete working features in short increments, and should be able to deliver high quality, potentially releasable incremental value of the product regularly. 

You will be participating in the requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, debugging and/or maintaining existing code as well as new features accepted by the team during a sprint, including determining the right level of documentation and processes required for the project.

You will need to work with the stakeholders to determine the level of definition needed for each feature and to ensure clear and achievable acceptance criteria.

You will be responsible in ensuring high quality of products by defining test plans and strategies, and through creation and execution of manual and automated tests that cover functional and non-functional aspects (e.g. acceptance, integration, system, performance, robustness, regression, etc.) in alignment with customer requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.3+ years of experience in end-to-end software application testing using lean Agile practicesExperience in creating test plans and strategies, and performing test analysis and designExperience in driving or leading software testing projectsExperience in creating and executing software automation and test scripts Experience in Agile testing approaches like BDD (Behavioral Driven Development) and best practices like exploratory testing and risk-based analysisAble to communicate effectively with peers and other departments in local and international settings. 

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in Agile testing and have contributions to other end-to-end activities of software development lifecycle (e.g. analyzing requirements, developing concept, developing tools, and supporting the CI/CD infrastructure) Good analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilityStrong SDLC experience in delivering projects on time with high quality, covering requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testingAble to communicate effectively with peers and other departments in local and international settings.Experience in developing automated test-cases, Test-driven-development or utilizing any kind of test automation frameworkAble to manage ambiguity, and flexible to adapt to a dynamic work

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SAFe and/or Agile Scrum Software Development methodologiesInvolved with multi-tiered or moderate-to-complex system development Familiar with Git, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio Experience in using and developing in any test automation tools, frameworks, and infrastructures (e.g. Selenium, Appium, Protractor, Coded UI, Cucumber, Gherkin, Xamarin Test Cloud, Test Flight, Specflow etc.)Good fundamental knowledge and ability to program in at least one programming language (e.g. C#, SQL, Angular, JS/Typescript, etc.), and have applied them in a mobile &/or web development project
