1. Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and software applications
2. Identifying hardware and software solutions
3. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
4. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
5. Replacing or repairing the necessary parts
6. Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
7. Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
8. Support the roll-out of new applications
9. Set up new user's accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
10. Test and evaluate new technology
11. Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment
12. Resolving network issues
13.Testing and evaluating new technologies
14. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanner
15.Ability to integrate a variety of data sources and databases into single system
16. Setting up accounts for new users repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
17. Responding in timely manner to service issues and requests
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
2. Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous
3. Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
4. Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS
5. Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
6. Knowledgeable with cloud base server
7. Knowledgeable in web and desktop based programming
