Responsibilities: · Daily Monitoring of the main and back up domain from Desktop· Daily Monitoring of the main and back up domain from Mobile Device· Daily monitoring, tracking error and updating issues related to Live Casino products from Mobile device and Desktop.· Daily monitoring, tracking error and updating related to Games product from Mobile device and Desktop.· Escalate and report the issue with support team on duty.· Verify if the issue has already been fixed once it has been resolved by the support team. Requirements:· At least 2 yrs.
