Duties and Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and diagnostic testingConduct preventive maintenance of all equipment that is already out of warranty and dusting off of all equipment covered by warrantyReplacement and repair of defective components of PDAEs which are already out of warrantyDeployment of IT resources (PC, printers, scanners, and other PDAEs)Software installations and patch/version updatesVirus removalother IT related task

Qualifications

Graduate of any IT related course (Bachelors or Vocational)with at least 1 year of work-related experiencewith basic knowledge in hardware and software troubleshootingwith basic knowledge in LAN/WANApplicants must be willing to be assigned in Tagbilaran, Bohol
