Job Description
JOB DEscriptION:Processes daily orders by creating pick tickets, filling orders, and shipping PCs (land and inter-island).Ensure orders are being filled and shipped timely and accurately.Prevents product damage and shrinkage, accidents, and occupational hazards.Effectively monitors the flow of PCs through inventory management tools and physical storage.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Staffing and managing the service fulfillment employees to include all permanent and seasonal staff.Provides clear direction and general guidance as POC for Facilities, Security, and WAHA Logistics Teams in the formulation and implementation of procedures, and ensures that these are translated and enforced into action to meet operational goals.Develops and implements business process initiatives to optimize departmental operations in accordance with overall business objectives.Prepares necessary SOPs for fulfillment processes.Help analyze current operations and make recommendations on ways to improveManages and provides weekly reporting.Assist in growing our customer base by providing excellent service.Maintains the highest standards of customer service by immediately attending to and resolving customer issues.REQUIREMENTS:1 year in a leadership position in fulfillment operations.Proven history of effective management skills.Exposure to warehouse physical storage operations.Proficient using Microsoft Office package.Working knowledge of inventory management systems.Ability to multitask.High attention to detail.Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.Participate in cross-training and continuous skill development.Must be able to occasionally work weekends and after-hours during peak times (this is non-typical).
