The Junior Project Manager is responsible for assisting in the communication of project development and delivery from campaign onboarding to completion with the Accounts team. He/She will manage projects and project segments under the supervision of the Project Manager.The Junior Project Manager will be required to undergo training and activities to better understand our digital marketing services and processes.He/She is required to be knowledgeable on different digital marketing and project management facets and tools in order to fulfill tasks in an effective and efficient manner.SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITYFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesJoin internal operations meetingsKeep records of internal operations meetings, discussion summaries, and file documentsIdentify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfactionAssist in communicating project development and delivery from campaign onboarding to completion with the Accounts Team consistentlyAssist in planning, scheduling, and compliance with campaign schedules and deadlinesCoordinates with the Project Manager in creating action plans concerning resources and timeframes for projectsManage project segments under the Project Manager's supervisionTrack, assess, and report campaign milestones and deliverablesProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/toolsGenerate monthly reports and provide insights to the Accounts TeamManage 5 - 10 campaigns under the Project Manager's supervisionREQUIREMENTSAt least 1-year experience in project management or account management with multiple projects/accounts/clientsA good understanding of web development lifecycles is a plusGood working knowledge of current internet technologies is a plusStrong ability to communicate and engageAbility to overcome objectionsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and learning abilitiesExcellent presentation skills with confidence in presenting findings, analysis, and informationAn understanding of online marketing is an advantageExposure to SEO is an advantageIs interested to make an impact in the PH market
