RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and other stakeholders across
the organization with a special focus on being clear, concise, engaging, relatable to various audiences and consistent with
the Med Metrix voice.
- Plan, write and edit content for a variety of communication channels as requested (news releases, media advisories,
emails, fliers, social media, presentations, etc.).
- Draft key messages, talking points and scripts on behalf of the Country Manager
- Be responsible for translating communication requests to the Creative team of art directors and designers and carry
deliverables to completion as the project manager.
- Use social media to communicate with our site workforce and the communities we operate to ensure our messages are
positive, engaging, informative and consistent. This includes initiating social media campaigns to increase brand
awareness, engagement, and talent acquisition.
- Plan, organize and facilitate internal and external events such as regular town halls, large-scale meetings, PR briefings,
and the like.
- Regularly gather feedback from staff and adjust communications content and campaigns accordingly.
- Measure and present results of communication efforts.
- Partner with groups like Employee Experience (HR) and Culture Champions to develop and promote employee
engagement programs that support Med Metrix unique and fun culture.
- Designs recruitment or brand awareness campaigns to target specific audiences using data gathered from the different
stakeholders and industry studies, placing an emphasis and discipline on campaign performance
- Create and maintain strong relationships with relevant media contacts and employees at varying levels across the
organization to stay connected with target audiences.
Qualification / skills:
EDUCATIonAL BACKGROUND:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
· At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with at least 3 years of
leadership experience.
· Proven success designing and executing marketing and communications strategies and campaigns
· Must be willing to work onsite
